Bari J Schulman has over 25 years of experience specializing in residential real estate law, and settlement cases.  Bari is a sole practitioner, which means each client gets the attention they deserve and are kept up to date throughout the entire engagement.  Closings are covered in the metropolitan New York area, including, but not limited to Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess and Orange counties, as well as the boroughs of New York city.

Bio

Bari Schulman was admitted in 1977 and can legally practice law in New York, U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She attended New York State University at Buffalo, from which she received a J.D.

Ms. Schulman is a sole practitioner specializing in transactional real estate.

Ms. Schulman worked primarily in ERISA law; pension planning, drafting pension plans and obtaining IRS tax exempt approval for them before moving full time to real estate law.
